PHASE 3 – Completing a multi-phase backyard design that stretches over multiple seasons takes proper planning. Our landscape design team created a vision for each phase keeping in mind cost and minimal landscape disruption. The latest phase keeps with our rustic feel incorporating a paver patio with accent borders, a highlight area with a focal paver pattern and a custom boulder gas fire feature with stainless steel logs, a deck and pergola area for dining and grilling, along with the surrounding landscaping and lighting to set the evening experience.

PHASE 2 – Garden areas have become a popular trend as more homeowners strive to grow their own produce. The garden designs have also evolved. Our team built these custom raised garden boxes to help prevent those common backaches from ground level gardens. Incorporating some of the aesthetic features from the patio design and adding tranquil sitting areas and landscaping completes this garden design.

PHASE 1 – Creating a rustic retreat blending into the wooded surroundings, natural feeling, and aged stonework in the home was essential. In the front, an restored existing brick paver walk leads us to the entry with a colorful landscape achieved through a variety of plants, shrubs, and trees. Walking around the back leads to a natural gravel patio with a stone bed made up of bushes, plants, and torches that add visual appeal while also serving as a natural swale with an underground drainage system. The natural stone patio adds a nice accent to the wood deck while providing a low-maintenance material for this patio solution. Evenings surrounding the gas fire or relaxing on the sofa feel like a retreat only steps away from your home.
